Prepare yourself for a massive influx of chill and happy vibes. Usually this kind of warm folk in the vein of Noah and the Whale and Fleet Foxes doesn’t do it for me but the whole ‘everything is going to be alright’ feeling did it.

Interesting fact: Harry Lloyd was formerly a ski instructor in the French Alps, Lloyd broke his back in two places during avalanche training and whilst recuperating for a year learned guitar and formed ‘Waiting for Smith

Aside from badass adventures, Waiting for Smith have received a tonne of airtime and reviews from BBC Radio 1, 2, 6 music and radio X plus being featured in the press like British GQ, he is a shoe-in for the next big folk star.
