It seems that Bee Bee Sea have been on the fringes of the mainstream for absolutely ages. Maybe that’s the plan? There’s no reason that I can figure that they aren’t loads bigger than they are. There’s so much raw energy and talent here. The screeching guitars are awesome, the vocals are incredibly charismatic. It’s like the first time I heard The Cribs. There’s a tonne of influence that you can pick out, The Damned, The Stranglers and Cabbage.
Check Be Bop Palooza too, it has an all consuming Bassline. And awesome artwork.
